Exchanges & Returns
1. I received something different than what I ordered?
We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care team at support@iTG Life.com. We will re-ship it for you free of charge.
2. How can I exchange my item?
If we delivered the correct items, but you are not satisfied with them (quite small or large...). We offer 2 options:
You can keep your items: You only need to pay a small shipping and handling fee (please contact us for more information), and we will send you new items. You do not need to return the package.
If you do not want to pay the fee, you need to return the item at your own expense, and the item has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged, and must be labeled. Contact us by email at support@iTG Life.com and send us your product photo and order number. We will deliver the new one as soon as we receive your return.
Note:
-One exchange applies for each order.
-We can only exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style.
-Special offers or free items cannot be replaced.
-All claims for size exchange must be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
-All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory. Because of this, we cannot offer an outright exchange, we will reproduce it for you.
3. Can I cancel my order once placed?
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
4. What is your return policy?
Before return your product, contact us by email at support@iTG Life.com
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 7 days of when your order was received. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
Note:-We do not accept returned goods without the permission of customer service, all losses and expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Is postage for returns free?
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by iTG Life. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The shipping costs may vary depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping an item over 60 US dollars, we recommend that you send your returns using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and that you retain the proof of postage. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Where's my refund?
Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@iTG Life.com.
